Oak Manor is the only off campus dorm. Centered in downtown Newhall, local coffee
shops, restaurants, and convenience stores are a quick walk away. The dorm is
a two story building constisting of both one and two bedroom apartments. Each
apartment has it's own kitchen,
living room, and bathroom. All units have heating and air conditioning units.
For the students that want to use kitchen facilities, want to be closer to the
community, or need extra space for their stuff, this is the place.
