The Master’s College partners with churches and organizations that are looking for assistance with their ministries, to provide short and long term internship opportunities. It is our belief that field experience complements and supplements classroom learning in several ways. It gives practical application to classroom learning and the opportunity for skill development in real life situations. It allows students to be mentored by veterans in various fields of ministry. Internships also enable students to invest in the lives of people spiritually, even while they are still learning. For more information please contact the Church and Urban Ministries Office.*

Church and Urban Ministries in partnership with the Office of Career Services aims to provide guidance to students to lead them to courses of study and experience consistent with their God-given talents, and to assist both students and alumni in preparation and placement in a career or life position where they can fulfill God's calling for their lives.

The Job Board is available to all TMC students and alumni, listing full-time and part-time jobs, internships and volunteer positions. This service is provided to employers and ministries at no cost.
