Application Process (Students Receiving Loans)- Complete a Seminary Financial Aid Application.
- Fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) listing The Master's College & Seminary as your preferred school choice (Title IV school code: 001220).
- Submit any additional documents required by the Office of Financial Aid.
- Submit official transcripts to the Registrar's office. Any student receiving graduate level loans must have an undergraduated degree conferred.
- Once your aid is determined, you will be sent an Award Letter.
- Return completed Award Letter to the Financial Aid Office.
- Students receiving loans at The Master's College & Seminary for the first time will need to choose a lender and complete Entrance Loan Counseling before their loan is finalized.

- All students receiving scholarships from The Master's Seminary are required to submit the following forms to the Office of Financial Aid:
Diploma of Theology students only qualify for scholarships and are not eligible to recieve any of the Federal Financial Aid listed below.Pell GrantThe Pell Grant is a Federal need-based grant ranging from $400 - $5,550 per year. Pell Grant award amounts are based on need and enrollment status and are automatically awarded to qualifying students who complete the FAFSA.
LoansStafford loans are low-interest loans offered by the Federal Government to students enrolled at least half-time (6 units).
- Subsidized Stafford Loans: A student loan based on need and lending institution requirements and must be repaid
- Annual Limit: Up to $5,500 (see below chart for breakdown)
- 08-09 Interest Rate: 6.0% fixed
- 09-10 Interest Rate: 5.60% fixed
- Repayment: six months after the student drops below 1/2 time or graduates
- To apply, the applicant must have a completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Unsubsidized Stafford Loans: A student loan that may exceed demonstrated financial need, but may not exceed the cost of tution, and must be repaid
- Annual Limit: Up to $7,000 (see below chart for breakdown)
- Interest Rate: 6.8% fixed
- Repayment: six months after the student drops below 1/2 time or graduates
- To apply, the applicant must have a completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Loan amounts are determined by a student’s grade level:
