All Student Employees
All employees must complete the below employment paperwork before starting work at The Master's College & Seminary:

Individual Forms

• Form I-9 2012 - Employment Eligibility Verification
  When completing this form the employee must submit original documentation proving their eligiblity to work in the United States (for a full list of acceptable documents, please refer to page 5 of Form I-9):
  
  
  • Proof of Identity (eg. Driver's License, School ID, etc.)
    
  • Proof of Employment Eligiblity (eg. Social Security Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
  
  Please visit the Office of Student Employment to obtain your W-4 Form.
