The Master's College is now offering an intensive Bible Certificate program designed to help students grow and mature in the Word and aid the church in equipping the saints. Providing students with the opportunity to build a solid foundation on the Word of God, the DEEP curriculum offers a systematic study of the Bible and Theology on a completely online basis.
Through the DEEP Bible Certificate, students gain a practical working knowledge of God's Word and the ability to express that knowledge. In addition to solid Bible training, upon completion of the Bible Certificate, two additional opportunities are available. First, a student may transfer the equivalent of one year of units into the baccalaureate program at The Master's College to complete a bachelor's degree. Second, the coursework is transferable to any other Christian college since The Master's College is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
Enrollment Options Admitted students may enroll in the DEEP Certificate Program classes on a for-credit basis.
For-credit courses will provide the student with WASC accredited transferrable college units. The student’s assignments and exams will be graded, and each course will appear on a transcript from The Master’s College. Once all required courses are complete, the student will receive a Bible Certificate from The Master’s College.
Any DEEP course (including Bible Certificate Courses) can be audited, but a Bible Certificate is only available with a for-credit enrollment. Those who audit courses will have access to all the same materials as for-credit students and are encouraged to participate, but they will not take exams, submit assignments, or receive grades.
(*to be added soon, with more electives following)
How It Works DEEP Bible Certificate students may work at their own pace by registering for DEEP courses in the sessions which fit their schedules. Once the required coursework and 12 units of electives are complete, the student will receive a certificate; its that easy!
If a student takes just one course per session, the certificate will be completed in two and one-half years. Taking more than one course per session will decrease the time it will take to complete a certificate; however we strongly recommend starting with one course at a time to adjust to the online format and academic rigor.
Courses may be taken in any order. The schedules listed below are our suggestions for the best course sequence. Visit our Prospective Students page for Session Dates and other important information.
