NCAA/NAIA Rules will govern all play with the following exceptions:

- Games will consist of two-20 minute halves with a five minute intermission.
- Overtime periods will be three minutes in duration.
- Three time-outs will be allotted per team per game (maximum of two per half)...one time out is allowed in each overtime period.
- Running clock will be in effect except for the last minute of the first half and the last three minutes of the second half...if the point spread is more than ten points, the clock will continue to run.
- The bonus (one-and-one) will be in effect on the seventh team foul...The "double bonus" will NOT be implemented on the tenth team foul.
- A ten second count and back court violations will be in effect despite the absence of a division line painted on the court.
- 5-seconds closely-guarded rule will be in effect while dribbling/holding the ball.
- Technical fouls will result in a five minute "penalty box" time in which the offender may not play. Anyone who receives a technical foul or is ejected from a game must meet with the Director of Intramurals before participating in another game.
- Each participant must wear a numbered jersey of the same color as his/her team.
- Only players who are on your team's roster may participate in your team's game. Violation of this rule will result in the forfeiture of the game.
