Q: I haven't received a package that I was expecting. What should I do?
A: Contact the person that is sending the package to you and have them begin to trace it, if possible.

Q: When is the mail delivered to student mailboxes each day?
A: Student mail delivery is completed by 2:00 p.m. each day.

Q: How late in the day may I check my mailbox?
A: Students have access to their mailboxes until the building is closed by Campus Security. Check with their office for building hours.

Q: Where can I drop off a letter to mail?
A: There is a mail slot located outside the Campus Mail Center in the hallway. Mail is taken to the Post Office at 4:00 p.m.

Q: I live off campus. Do I still get a campus mailbox?
A: Every student enrolled at The Master's College receives a campus mailbox. Off-campus students will receive most of their mail at home but will still receive on-campus bulletins and notices that are important. The off-campus student will only need to check his/her mailbox once per week or so.

Q: I sent a letter to someone and they haven't received it. Can I trace my first-class letter?
A: Unfortunately, First Class Mail cannot be traced. Trackable mail includes anything you send which has a number assigned to it, such as Certified, Registered Mail, UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail. Keep your receipt that has your tracking number on it. There is also free tracking available for any Priority Mail letter or package. Ask for tracking when you send your mail out.

Q: How can I safely mail a small key, pen, or cassette tape? Can I just put it in a regular envelope?
A: Please do not mail keys, coins, or tapes in a regular paper envelope. The machines at the USPS are massive and run at a high rate of speed. If a key or other object hits the machine the wrong way it could fly out like a projectile seeking a victim. The best way to mail items like that are in a padded envelope. These special envelopes are available for purchase in the Campus Bookstore.
