| Nursing Program Director (October 2010 subject to funding) Back To Faculty Employment
1. Design the BSN curriculum to be offered at TMC beginning in fall 2011. 2. Determine the personnel, facility, equipment, and financial resources necessary to effectively implement and operate the program. 3. Develop documentation and complete processes to obtain necessary approvals for the program. 4. Recruit necessary program faculty and support personnel. 5. Oversee the development of a BSN program facility. 6. Assist in raising capital funds for the program. 7. Complete the normal departmental and institutional administrative duties such as attending faculty meetings, textbook ordering, and coordination of the scheduling of classes. 8. Administer the BSN department personnel and budget on an on-going basis. 9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
2. Proven ability in the development & supervision of collegiate level nursing degree programs. 3. A strong commitment to the doctrinal position and philosophy of the teaching ministry of The Master’s College. 4. Ability to teach students effectively, evaluate their performance, and create a supportive learning environment. 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, and students of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. 7. Evidence of a mature Christian lifestyle by active involvement in a conservative evangelical local church.
