While it’s true that going to college is an academic endeavor, we’re the first to admit it’s not all about classes and homework. It’s also about making friends and having fun. We want you to grow academically while you’re here, but we want you to grow as a person at the same time … socially and of course, spiritually.
We’re so committed to your growth outside the classroom that we’ve dedicated an entire department to it. All day, every day, our Student Life staff – many of whom are TMC alumni themselves – are hard at work making sure you have fun.
What do they come up with? Pretty much anything and everything – as long as it honors the Lord. Intramural sports. Zany dorm games and contests. Special chapel sessions and guest-speakers. School-sponsored socials, concerts, and plays. Student barbecues and Frisbee tournaments. Outreach Week. Do we need to continue?
Again, the point here is to help you enjoy your college experience. As ones who have been forgiven, we ought to exhibit joy, right? Student Life works tirelessly to help make that happen.
We all want their jobs…
